What is your favorite travel memory?
My favorite travel memory was meeting the staff of Miguel De La Hoz for the first time. They were very nice and friendly. I was taken on a tour of the town which was breathtaking. The school is situated in a very quiet town with historic monuments. The staff of Miguel De La Hoz made me feel comfortable and at home.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
I have gained more experience and a better understanding of my job. I have increased in productivity, maximizing the values of my organization. I have grown to help my organization handle changes more effectively, and I am continuously updating their skills. I have undertaken formal learning, such as taking external training courses and educational qualifications, attending conferences, or e-learning.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
We have heard about the network opportunities. They come in contact with people from all over the world, meaning that you can create a global network of contacts. Many are exposed to different cultures and viewpoint as mixing with people from all over the world exposes you to a variety of different cultures, not to mention viewpoints you might not previously have considered.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I would choose a Summer program. Summer programs keep our minds active over the summer months. With a general enrichment summer program, people return to school and work ready to continue learning. Summer programs allow people to explore new interests. Unlike the classroom, most summer camps allow you to choose which activities you’d like to participate in. This choice and responsibility engage children and allow them to learn and enjoy something new or delve deeper into something they are already passionate about.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
My company is known mostly for its customer service. This is because we alleviate customer pain not only in words. Not just that, but we also deliver extraordinary service. My company is unique, and we stand out from our competitors as we do things differently. Finding and exploiting holes in their business model is a great way to set your company apart.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
The biggest factor in being a successful company is to make customer service a continuous priority. Location is another factor. If you place your trucking business several miles away from the major highways, airport, and train depot, then your business location can hamper success.
